Surveyhead is a survey site which offers a $5 bonus to join and which pays out at $25. I have been a member for a couple months and just received my first payout of $25.50. They pay via paypal or you can opt for a gift card if you do not have paypal. I recommend this site for persons who enjoy taking surveys.
